Pastor’s Devotion

3 Blessings rom God our Father and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen

 

     Jesus said abide in me as I abide in you. Those who abide in me and I in them will bear much fruit. As Americans we tend to think in terms of  individualism. The scripture does bear this out as we understand that each person is created uniquely in God's image and each person is saved individually through the grace of Jesus Christ at our baptism. The words  of Jesus also remind us that we are part of a community brought together by Jesus and that we are stronger together than apart. That being connected with Jesus in faith  and connected to one another by grace we can proclaim the gospel and work to build God's kingdom in Sandy Run.
